We worked with the Ergokinox Team to carry out an ergonomic diagnosis of the work activities associated with the welding profession. The Ergokinox team fully understood our work context and needs, and delivered a quality report. The proposed solutions were broken down according to their impact on risk factors and their feasibility, which greatly helped us in prioritizing the measures to be implemented. The people involved are highly competent, available and willing to listen. Their cordial approach to employees certainly helped us to understand the ergonomic issues of their jobs and was a key factor in the success of the project.
